New Pass Driver Training Programme
• Structured assessments and training at our Coventry site
• Designed specifically for newly qualified drivers with little or no experience
• Supportive environment with experienced trainers
• Opportunities for ongoing, full-time work after completion
⭐ Your Role
• Depot-to-depot trunking and collections
• Clean and straightforward work – no heavy lifting
• Driving modern, well-maintained vehicles across UK routes
• Building real-world Class 1 driving experience
Pay & Benefits
• £19.61 to £26.90 per hour (including holiday pay)
• Weekly pay – reliable and consistent
• Seasonal rate increases, including Christmas uplifts
• Long-term and full-time opportunities available
Flexible Shift Patterns

• Average shift length of 10–12 hours
• Days, nights, and weekend shifts available
