The Role -
Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver

Drivers will be responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles to and from various locations in mainland UK and will be expected to:

• provide exceptionally high standard vehicle handovers to our client's end customers and deliver vehicles with pride and enthusiasm - you will be our client's brand ambassadors
• perform full vehicle checks at collection and handover in accordance with BVRLA standards (full training provided)
• understand the customer experience and also have extensive vehicle knowledge
• carry out valets and fuel top ups where appropriate before delivering to customers
• provide feedback on each job to ensure our client understands what the experience was like for their customers

The role of Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver requires:

• excellent customer service skills
• excellent level of spoken and written English and outstanding communication skills
