We are currently looking for PM ad-hoc Shunters for Mondays and full-time Shunters to work Monday to Friday nights .
Assessments Available ASAP!
Hours
PM Ad-Hoc Shunters:
Mondays only
Start times between 19:00 and 22:00
Full-Time Shunters:
Monday to Friday
22:00 to 06:00
Pay Rates
£18.50 between 06:00–22:00
£20.00 between 22:00–06:00
£25.00 weekend rate
Location
Coventry, CV8
The Role
Shunting trailers within the yard – 40–100 moves per shift
Yard manoeuvring and reversing with confidence and accuracy
Communicating effectively with transport and logistics teams
Requirements
Minimum 4 months' shunting driving experience
Full UK Class 1 licence (C+E)
Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
Successful completion of assessment (theory and practical)
Strong communication skills and a safety-first attitude
