Our client based in Purfleet is seeking a Motorsports Transport Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities OfThe Role Includes
- Coordinate and book UK domestic transport on behalf of the Motorsport planning team
- Liaise directly with hauliers and our Planning Team to ensure timely vehicle movements
- Book ferry crossings for European routes and support international transport activities
- Assist with the preparation of transport documentation, including GMR, CMR, and Carnets, ensuring compliance with customs and Motorsport event requirements
- Ensure tachograph data from drivers is captured and stored in line with regulatory compliance
- Provide general administrative support to the transport operations team
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and databases as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
