Warehouse Operative – Crick, Northamptonshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

You will be working in Crick (NN6) so will need your own vehicle to get there from Coventry.

• Working 5 days out of 7
• 07:00 – 15:00 | £12.60 per hour basic | £16.38 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours
• 15:00 – 23:00 | £14.25 per hour basic | £18.03 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours
• 23:00 – 07:00 | £14.80 per hour basic | £18.58 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours

• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Processing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Scanning and labelling items correctly
• Handling returns and maintaining stock accuracy
• Following all health and safety guidelines at all times

• Basic level of spoken and written English
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good communication skills
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, or logistics
• Experience using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology

• Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
