We’re on the lookout for an energetic, hands‑on Warehouse Operative to join our Coventry team. In this role, you’ll help keep our warehouse running like clockwork – picking and packing orders, maintaining compliance, managing inventory and driving continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate is proactive, well‑organised, and thrives in a fast‑paced fulfilment environment. If you’re a team player with an eye for detail and a get‑it‑done attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including manual pallet trucks and forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the fulfilment team to streamline workflows and achieve daily targets.
• Spot and report any operational issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and ready for action.
• Carry out additional duties as required to support day‑to‑day operations.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment.
• Comfortable lifting and moving packages as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes with accuracy.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Working knowledge of Mintsoft.
• RTITB Forklift certification (Bendi/Flexi or Counter Balance).
• Previous experience dispatching orders for major retailers – think Amazon and Tik Tok to name a few.
