Brand new warehouse site opening. Fantastic opportunities for a fresh start.

• Shift & Pay Rates: £13.60 p/h – AM Shift (06:00 – 14:00)
• Shift & Pay Rates: £14.60 p/h – PM Shift (14:00 – 22:00)
• Shift pattern: 5 out of 6 (excluding Sunday)
• Full training provided.
• Own transport essential due to site location.

We are recruiting for a Yard Marshall to support yard and vehicle operations in a busy, fast‑paced environment. The role focuses on ensuring safe and efficient movement of vehicles, supporting smooth loading and unloading processes across the site.

• Coordinate vehicle movements to ensure efficient loading and unloading.
• Direct incoming and outgoing traffic to designated areas.
• Monitor yard operations to ensure safety compliance.
• Identify and report hazards promptly.
• Manage trailer allocation and track available yard space.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and warehouse teams.
• Support smooth workflow across yard and warehouse operations.
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard environment.

• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Reliable and proactive approach to work.
• Own transport required due to location.

• DBS check required.
• Drug and Alcohol test required.
