Tailored Resourcing Solution is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor for a Kent-based role. You will oversee the safe receipt, storage and dispatch of Fresh Produce, leading a multifunctional team to meet KPI targets.
The role involves coordinating drivers and hauliers, ensuring SOP-compliant documentation, monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate records, with night shifts 9pm–6am, five nights a week.
