Baltic Recruitment is seeking warehouse operatives, pickers and packers for respected companies in and around Coventry. This long-term temp‑to‑perm position requires no prior experience.
Responsibilities- Picking, packing and dispatch of goods
- Quality inspection of parts and components
- Palletising or decanting and loading of boxes and stillages
- General warehouse duties
- Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by team leaders or supervisors
- Teamwork skills to achieve productivity standards
- Awareness of the importance of customer service and satisfaction
- Professional and polite attitude
- Problem‑solving skills
Pay varies depending on shifts. The role is located in Coventry, West Midlands.
