Tuesday to Saturday Sunday to Thursday Available shift times:
Days: 9:00am 6:00pm Nights: 6:00pm 3:00am

The Role We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Swadlincote. This is a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for moving palletised goods safely and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations. You'll be working in a high-volume environment where accuracy, speed and safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently Loading and unloading palletised stock Transporting goods throughout the warehouse Supporting inbound and outbound operations Working to productivity targets in a fast-paced environment Carrying out daily equipment checks Following all site health and safety procedures Requirements Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent) Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is essential Ability to work in a busy, target-driven warehouse Good attention to detail Reliable with a strong work ethic
