Recruitable Staffing are proud to be recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance and Reach Driver for a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Coventry. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and experienced FLT driver looking for stable daytime work within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

The Role

Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock safely around the warehouse
Putting stock away in the correct locations
Replenishing picking areas
Checking goods and paperwork for accuracy
Supporting general warehouse duties when required
Following all health and safety procedures

Skills and Experience Required

Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Valid Reach FLT licence
Recent experience operating both trucks
Previous warehouse experience
Good attention to detail
Reliable and safety focused
Comfortable working as part of a busy warehouse team

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
