Warehouse Team Leader / FLT Driver
Location: Warwick
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30

Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Warwick.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident operating FLT equipment while also overseeing a small warehouse team and supporting the day-to-day operation.

Duties include:

• Overseeing a small team of warehouse operatives
• Allocating daily tasks and helping the team meet operational targets
• Moving, loading and unloading stock
• Supporting picking, packing and general warehouse duties
• Monitoring productivity, accuracy and health and safety standards
• Checking stock, paperwork and labels
• Reporting any operational issues to management
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
• Previous experience supervising or overseeing a small warehouse team
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Aisle Master licence or previous Aisle Master experience would be highly desirable
• Alternatively, Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences with recent experience
• Strong warehouse and stock-handling experience
• Confident communicating with team members and management
• Reliable, organised and willing to take a hands-on approach
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
