The role operates on a three-shift rotating pattern:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to Friday
- 10:00pm - 6:00am, Monday to Thursday

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting for a Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver / Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Deeside.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a valid FLT licence who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are received, stored and supplied to production safely and efficiently while maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Safely receive and manage deliveries at the warehouse.
- Ensure all delivery drivers comply with site health & safety procedures.
- Load and unload vehicles accurately and safely using a forklift truck.
- Store raw materials in the correct warehouse locations.
- Supply raw materials to production in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers and waste collection companies.
- Arrange waste collections as required.
- Carry out regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate effectively with production and other departments.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Operate and carry out basic maintenance checks on balers, including rewiring when required.
- Provide support to the goods In the department when needed.
- Follow all company health & safety and quality procedures.
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Experience loading and unloading vehicles.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
- Reliable, flexible and proactive approach to work.
