As a Warehouse Operative
, you’ll be a key part of the parcel journey:

• Loading and unloading parcels from trailers
• Moving parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Operating mechanised parcel sorting equipment
• Sorting up to 40,000 items with your team during a single shift
• Ensuring every parcel – big or small – is handled with care and reaches its destination on time
• You're expected to securely handle all items in the warehouse, including handling certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail standards.

We welcome individuals from all backgrounds – no previous experience is required, but it’s a bonus if you’ve worked in similar environments.

• Is flexible and comfortable switching between tasks
• Can lift parcels up to 30kg and push loads up to 250kg (with assistance for heavier items)
• Is physically fit and able to manage long shifts on their feet
• Is motivated, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team

Shift Patterns:
Start time between 16:00 - 21:30 finish 03:00 – 03:30

• Mon – Sat Days: Hours Worked Between 06:00 – 19:00 - £13.17
• Mon – Sat Nights: Hours Worked Between 19:00 – 06:00 - £15.91
• Bank Holiday: All Day - £26.81
