Base pay range: $64,000 - $69,000/year

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient functioning across administrative, financial, and client‑relations tasks. Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, office organization, vendor coordination, inventory and supply oversight, assisting with billing duties, and collaborating with operational and clinical staff to meet client and staff needs.
- Open/close the office (up to 100% in‑person role)
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Master use of multiple electronic platforms, including the EMR
- Manage building usage and vendors
- Field and direct incoming calls from clients
- Order and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain office equipment and machine maintenance
- Distribute mail
- Organize and deliver business/marketing pamphlets
- Ensure office clinician and business licenses and documents are up to date
- Handle bank deposits and allocate payments
- Actively engage in MCYAF's diversity, equity, and inclusion work
- Perform any other duties necessary to support operations, client satisfaction, clinical excellence, and organizational success
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Good judgment and decision‑making
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Basic budgetary/finance experience
- Education and experience providing necessary knowledge (typically a bachelor’s degree in a related field)
- Four or more years of experience in related services
- Physical ability to move packages, furniture, and equipment
- Experience working with children, youth, and families
- Preferred experience in a mental health clinic setting
- Collaborative work with skilled operations and clinical teams
