Property Management Company for Homeowners Associations—strong customer service, busy phones. Multi‑tasking, fast‑paced, good time management and organization skills. Very busy office so must be able to work in a busy environment.
ResponsibilitiesWork directly with property managers, board members, homeowners and vendors.
No experience needed in our industry, but must have good customer service skills and background. The person will be trained on our programs and custom software.
Office Hours & Employment StatusFull‑time employee. Office hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:15 p.m., with lunch from 12–1 p.m.
CompensationSalary: $3,200.00 per month.
RequirementsTyping speed of at least 65 words per minute (tested during application).
Good letter‑writing and grammar skills.
