Inland Valley Surgeons of So Cal is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join its well-established, physician-led multi-specialty surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. This is an excellent opportunity to practice with a high level of autonomy while building long-term volume in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do- Perform a mix of vascular surgery and general surgery cases
- Utilize advanced robotic (DaVinci) and laparoscopic surgical techniques
- Maintain clinic hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with flexibility to structure clinic and OR days
- Participate in group and ER call on a 1-in-3 basis (negotiable)
- Build and grow your own patient volume within an established practice
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon
- Ability to perform advanced robotic and laparoscopic procedures
- Strong clinical skills and interest in practice growth and autonomy
- 1099 Independent Contractor model
- Income guarantee of $350,000 in Year 1 plus productivity bonus (based on collections)
- Productivity-based compensation from Year 2 onward (up to 70% of collections after expenses)
- Significant autonomy to grow your practice and surgical volume
