Park Team Member

Overview

Join to apply for the Park Team Member role at Kids Empire. Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform many tasks with families and guests throughout the park to ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time at Kids Empire.

• Attending customers quickly, greeting them, and making them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and provide guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
• Operating the front cash counter, handling transactions, and providing exact change when needed; processing payments by cash or card and registering amounts in the POS system.
• Managing billing transactions by verifying amounts displayed on the POS.
• Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
• Checking snack inventory and coordinating with management to reorder snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
• Walking the floor to monitor for safety hazards and ensure guests follow park rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing park structures (e.g., tables, chairs, playground structures).
• Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring events operate efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
• Must be able to work in noisy environments with children and music.
• Must be able to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
