Are you passionate about empowering communication and making a meaningful impact? DV Therapy is seeking dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows to join our collaborative, client-centered team. If you're ready to transform lives through expert care, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to clients with speech, language, and communication needs
- Design individualized therapy plans tailored to client goals
- Provide engaging, measurable home activities to support development
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes with quantitative and qualitative data
- Supervise Clinical Fellows and onboard new clinicians
- Participate in in-service training, research initiatives, and community/family education
- Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team
- Attend team and company-wide meetings
- Adhere to California SLPA supervision guidelines
- Manage scheduling through Central Reach
- Uphold DV Therapy's core values:

- Valid California SLP License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Current CPR Certification
- Annual TB Skin Test
