Senior Employment Law Attorney

Job Description

Our client, a well-established and growing plaintiff-side law firm, is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact wage and hour class action cases in both state and federal courts, while advocating for employees and consumers.

• Competitive base salary: $250,000 – $400,000 per year, depending on experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in California
• 7+ years of plaintiff-side wage and hour class action civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines from day one
• Prior experience representing clients in state and federal courts
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and client matters

• Prior exposure to class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, or complex litigation
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for employee and consumer rights
