We are seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in fabricating high-quality steel and metal components that support our commitment to precision, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in hands-on welding and fabrication work.

• Weld, cut, and fabricate metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings.
• Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, fitting, and tacking parts.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
• Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and report equipment or material issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with shop leadership and teammates to meet production goals.

• Completion of a formal welding apprenticeship or equivalent in-house training.
• Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop‑floor work.
