Your Part

As a Maintenance Technician
, you are skilled in maintenance (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, or appliance repair and installation). You have a 'can-do' attitude, are detailed and organized, and know how to fix mistakes. You have current or previous maintenance experience and a thirst to learn more.

This position offers $24.00 per hour, a $1500.00 sign-on bonus, and the ability to earn thousands in additional bonus opportunities, plus benefits.

What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table

You have hands-on maintenance experience, take pride in your work, communicate and interact well with your team and residents, and know a deadline when you see it. You may have knowledge of computers, namely Microsoft Outlook. You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
