We are seeking knowledgeable, customer‑focused auto, diesel, aircraft, or forklift technicians to join our team.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other lift truck makes.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

• Less than 2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines; ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Technical degree, prior lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various testing equipment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder, and testing equipment.
• Industry‑related training preferred.
• Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow through.
