DaVita is looking for a Social Worker who will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. In this role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

- Meets all state‑required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in clinical practice.
- Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
- Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and functional proficiency with DaVita‑specific applications within 60 days.
