* Essential Functions:

*** Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration
* Patient hygiene - bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting
* Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment - meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping
* Follow written assignment and instructions
* Complete and submit appropriate documentation

* Qualifications:

*** Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
* At least eighteen (18) years of age
