(COTA) Occupational Therapist Assistant - Covington, GA in an ALF setting

Seeking a COTA to cover therapy services in Covington, GA to provide treatment in an assisted living community. Compensation: $50/tx.

We are an outpatient therapy clinic delivering geriatric therapy with a focus on aging-in-place. We encourage collaboration, transparency in payment reporting, and clinician autonomy in scheduling and patient assignments at one location.

• Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
• Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record
• Equipment and/or devices as needed

• Graduate with an Associate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in the field
• Active licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

• PRN (per diem): on-call pool of therapists who work as needed; scheduling flexibility and potential for varied patient assignments

$50 per treatment
