Looking for a Med‑Surg role where you’re supported, valued, and part of a true team? Our community‑focused hospital in the east metro Atlanta area (near Covington and Lithonia) offers a close‑knit culture with the resources and technology of a modern medical center.

We’re hiring Med‑Surg RNs for both day and night shifts across three specialized units. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative environment where patient‑centered care comes first.

You’ll provide care across a wide range of patient populations, including:

• Post‑operative and general medical
• Cardiac and telemetry
• Neuro, stroke, wound care, dialysis, diabetic management, and hospice

Each Med‑Surg unit has strong leadership, and part of our process includes meeting all three unit leaders so you can find the team that fits you best.

• Night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.)
• Full‑time
• Weekend Option – earn an additional 12 ¢ per hour for weekend‑only shifts

• Base rate: 37 to 53 ¢ per hour (experience‑based)
• Up to 12 ¢ extra per hour for weekend‑only roles

• At least one year of Med‑Surg experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, team‑based approach
