Certified Nursing Assistant

Position: CNA / Med Tech

Location: Private Home

Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–9:30 PM

• Every Other Weekend, 3:00 PM–9:30 PM

Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate CNA/Med Tech to support a medically complex adult in a private home setting. The caregiver will provide direct care, medication assistance, and daily support to ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

• Perform Medication Administration (Med Tech duties) in accordance with state guidelines and agency policy

• Support with meal preparation , hydration, and routine care needs

• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow all care plan instructions

• Provide companionship, engagement, and emotional support

• Document care tasks and communicate changes in condition promptly

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, high quality service

Requirements:

• Active CNA or Med Tech certification

• Current CPR/First Aid

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently

• Professional, patient, and dependable work ethic

• Experience in home care or medically complex care preferred

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and certification.
