Field Robotics Technician

• We’re entering a critical phase of field testing and customer deployment.
• You’ll operate, install, test, troubleshoot and maintain our robots in a live factory environment.
• The role is essential to capturing performance data and user feedback.
• You’ll bridge the gap between engineering and the customer by spotting real-world issues early.
• Your presence ensures every deployment is professional, safe, and successful.

• 3+ years of field service or technical support experience, ideally with robotics or automation equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Technically competent with diagnostic tools, software interfaces, and command-line environments.
• Comfortable working at customer site in Covington with professionalism and adaptability.
• Bonus if familiar with Linux, ROS, or robotics simulation tools. Independent, communicative, and calm under pressure.

• The annual compensation is expected to be between $85,000 - $1,000,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
