Overview

Senior Manager, Digital Innovation – Home Care division will oversee, execute, and optimize the Pure Wick™ direct‑to‑consumer digital experience. The role requires building, managing, and optimizing the e‑commerce website, customer journeys, leveraging CRM/CMS platforms, implementing A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

• Oversee the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the Pure Wick™ direct‑to‑consumer digital experience.
• Build, manage, and optimize end‑to‑end e‑commerce website, including buy flows and customer journeys.
• Leverage expertise in e‑commerce initiatives, site merchandising, UX strategy, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.
• Manage and optimize CRM and CMS tools/platforms (Salesforce or similar preferred).
• Develop and implement digital commerce strategies, customer buy flows, and creative strategies.
• Analyze and report on e‑commerce KPIs and initiatives.
• Align business requirements with program and project execution.
• Modify strategies based on business needs and performance insights.
• Manage cross‑functional campaigns and multiple concurrent projects.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

• 5+ years managing e‑commerce websites and performance‑driven digital platforms.
• Proven track record in delivering high‑performing user experiences.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM/CMS platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Expertise in digital commerce, customer buy flows, A/B testing, and creative strategy execution.
• Ability to align business requirements with program/project execution.
• Flexibility to pivot strategies tactically based on business needs.
• Experience with cross‑functional campaign management and project management.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
