Associate Attorney – Family Law & Criminal Defense

Location: Newton County, Georgia

Practice Areas: Family Law & Criminal Defense

The Doepke Law Firm is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Attorney to join our growing, family-oriented law firm. We are based in Newton County and primarily practice in Newton, Walton, Rockdale, and Morgan Counties
, representing clients in family law and criminal defense matters.

We pride ourselves on being deeply rooted in our community and on providing client-centered representation
. Unlike many firms, we utilize flat-fee billing
, allowing our attorneys to focus on advocacy and results—not billable hours.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Georgia Bar license (required)
• Experience in family law or criminal defense is preferred but not required
• Courtroom and litigation experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, legal research, and drafting skills
• A professional who enjoys working directly with clients and being part of a collaborative team
