Base pay range$23.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Key Accountabilities- Operations & Monitoring
- Perform routine monitoring of data center systems including power, cooling, and environmental conditions
- Conduct scheduled facility walkthroughs and inspections, documenting findings and escalating abnormalities
- Monitor alarms and alerts through BMS, EPMS, and DCIM platforms
- Assist with shift handovers and operational logs
- Electrical & Mechanical Support
- Support basic electrical and mechanical tasks under supervision
- Assist with UPS, generator, ATS/STS, and HVAC monitoring
- Support IT equipment racking and cabling activities
- Maintenance & Work Execution
- Assist senior technicians with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Follow approved MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs
- Manage work orders in CMMS systems
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow LOTO, PPE, and electrical safety procedures
- Participate in safety training and incident reviews
- Documentation & Communication
- Maintain accurate logs and inspection records
- Escalate issues following site protocols
- Learning & Development
- Participate in training and qualification programs
- Develop understanding of redundancy and risk management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Associate degree in technical field
- Entry‑level experience in data center or critical facilities
- Familiarity with UPS, generators, HVAC, or structured cabling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in mission‑critical environments
