The Global Product Manager will be responsible for working on various upstream and downstream marketing initiatives within the Urology & Critical Care Home Care platform. This role will support the marketing team with new product launches, promotional programs, conference execution, portfolio management, and other commercial related initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive execution of the strategy for Core Urology including marketing plan development, new product launches and pipeline strategies, and portfolio management activities. Includes core customer requirements, financial plans, market development activities, claims and data, launch plans, lifecycle management, and marketing tactics.
  • Support strategy & execution of service harmonization between cash-pay and reimbursable market within the business to ensure no interruption to patient care.
  • Collaborate globally with international marketing partners to develop and drive strategic direction of the portfolio.
  • Work closely with domestic sales, customer service and other internal departments to ensure effective communication, proper execution of sampling to drive sales, and support of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of campaigns and promotional materials including brochures, direct mailings, email, web pages, etc.
  • Represent the marketing function on key sustaining engineering projects to provide functional inputs and support timely project closures.
  • Research new trends and technologies related to business unit’s industry; recommend innovative ideas to increase competitive advantage.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows as required; maintain awareness of changes in industry practices, technology, and leads competitive intelligence initiatives.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing required, preferably B2C.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and follow through.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, namely PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Personal characteristics: initiative-taking, data-driven, collaborative, curious, detail-oriented, critical thinker, enthusiastic, customer-focused.
