Performance Marketing Specialist - PURETALK

On-site role based in Covington, GA (Atlanta metro area)

This role is perfect for a hands‑on performance marketer who is as comfortable in platform dashboards as they are presenting results to executive leadership. This person will be responsible for transforming digital media strategy into actionable, effective campaigns across search and paid social ads. Ownership spans from tactical planning to campaign execution and daily optimization, ensuring we hit performance goals and continue evolving our digital media footprint.

This role reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, aligning tactics to broader business objectives across our family of wireless brands, while also collaborating cross‑functionally with brand, creative, and analytics teams.

Responsibility

Highlights
  • Translate high‑level media strategy into actionable paid media plans and execution timelines.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search & paid social ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, implementing data‑driven optimizations to improve efficiency and results.
  • Brief creative teams on creative requirements that align with platform best practices.
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, surfacing insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling way.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives that require collaboration with creative, brand, analytics, and product teams.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes and paid media trends, proactively testing new formats or targeting approaches.
  • Ensure media budgets are paced effectively, with strong forecasting and spend management discipline.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social, with hands‑on expertise in Google Ads (search & video) and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns to meet CPA, ROAS, or similar KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and drive measurable impact.
  • Experience creating and delivering performance reports to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to lead by influence across departments.
  • Support and model the company’s core values.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in high‑growth, high‑volume environments.
  • Familiarity with additional paid platforms and buys such as Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, programmatic buying, etc.
  • Exposure to working with first‑party data strategies, remarketing audiences, or feed‑based campaign structures.
