Registered Nurse – Med Surg; Night Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical – Night Shift (7p–7a) with a sign-on bonus. Our community-based hospital in the east metro Atlanta area near Covington and Lithonia values teamwork, compassion, and family-centered care while offering opportunities to practice cutting-edge medicine.

We’re seeking dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses for night shift positions across three specialized Med-Surg units. Our units care for a wide range of patients, including post-operative and general medical, cardiac and telemetry, neuro, stroke, wound care, dialysis, diabetic management, and hospice care. Each Med-Surg unit has an experienced and supportive leader, and candidates will have the opportunity to meet with all three unit leaders to explore which environment is the best fit.

• Provide professional nursing care to post-operative and general medical patients on Med-Surg units
• Monitor patients on cardiac and telemetry services
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with neuro, stroke, wound care, dialysis, diabetic management, and hospice needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

• Minimum of 1 year of Med-Surg experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

• Night shift only (7p–7a)
• Full-time
• Base rate: $37–$53 per hour (based on experience)
