Job Overview
McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is looking for a General Manager to run a profitable location and maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a high‑volume, quick service restaurant role with a strong focus on leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Run a profitable restaurant and meet customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Set restaurant goals, create a plan, and lead a team of Department Managers to achieve those goals.
- Coaching, direction, and progress follow‑up for Department Managers to improve their units and drive restaurant performance.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a future‑ready team.
- Past General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired; experience in hospitality or retail also acceptable.
- Minimum 18 years old to serve as manager in a corporate owned restaurant.
- 15–25 days paid vacation
