Base pay range: $10.00/hr - $10.00/hr

As a Sales Associate, you have a passion for discovering customers  needs and creating a unique shopping experience tailored for each customer. You embody GNC s  Live Well  philosophy and contribute to a culture of winning, high standards, and inclusivity.

As a Sales Associate, you will understand customers  needs and offer meaningful and unique solutions. You are the first to welcome customers, advise, sell, and recommend products. When not serving customers, you will restock, maintain visual merchandising, fulfill online orders, and perform cleaning duties. You ll promote the GNC brand by communicating the  Live Well  message.

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer to create a welcoming environment.
• Interact with customers to help choose the right products, with recommendations based on knowledge and needs.
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in accordance with company guidelines.
• Enhance product knowledge by learning features, advantages, and benefits; stay informed about nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management in opening/closing and operating a retail store, including cash handling, inventory counts, deposits, and maintaining store appearance.

• Stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting; ability to reach waist level and above shoulders.
• Repetitive hand-to-finger motions; reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds; push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stock areas.
• Use a computer up to 60% of the day.

Sales Associates should model reliability and flexibility by working varied hours and days to meet store needs.

• Work nights or mornings to open or close the store.
• Be available for key peak business days/hours, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Work all major U.S. holidays that the store is open.

Sales Associates must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation opportunities include additional income through GNC s Individual Sales Incentive Plan, holiday pay on company observed holidays, 401(k) with 4% employer match (match begins after 1 year of service), 30% employee merchandise discount on GNC products and 20% on 3rd party products, plus monthly free product offers and access to the Employee Assistance Program.
