Overview
Position:
Store Support. Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. They work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and perform with little/some supervision. They must be detail-oriented and have proven time management skills, demonstrate a high level of integrity, respond to operational concerns of all associates, and remain focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.
Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- Provide order fulfillment and customer service support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in the lot and direct them to store departments or merchandise.
- Answer questions on product order status and handle cash management or program compliance as required.
- Collaborate with associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operations.
