• Diagnose and repair generator systems, replace defective parts, and perform preventive maintenance
• Conduct inspections, load bank testing, and ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to plan schedules and prioritize customer needs
• Maintain accurate service reports and uphold a professional company image
• Train and mentor new technicians as needed

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to use a multimeter
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on-site, and travel as needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
