The role of Diesel Mechanic is pivotal to our operations and ensures the reliability and efficiency of our fleet.

This is a full‑time, non‑remote position that requires a hands‑on approach and direct involvement with all mechanical maintenance and repair tasks. The position is based at our main operations facility, where you will have access to state‑of‑the‑art tools and technologies. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, skilled, and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment. This position provides a rewarding opportunity to work within the forestry and environmental sectors, contributing directly to the well‑being of natural ecosystems through expert machinery management.

• Diagnose issues on vehicles and heavy‑duty equipment.
• Perform repairs to reported issues and ensure restoration of equipment functionality.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and prolong the life of equipment.
• Carry out annual DOT vehicle inspections in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain detailed records of maintenance logs, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in adherence to environmental and safety regulations.

• Minimum of three years of experience working with heavy‑duty equipment and diesel engines.
• High school diploma required, additional specialized training in diesel engine repair and maintenance highly preferred.
• Physical fitness and ability to manage the physical demands of the job including lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of standing.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
• It’s a plus if you have your own tools, and even more if you own a truck.
• A CDL Class A with no restrictions is highly advantageous.
