Position:
Material Handler - Pickpack replenisher (Cherry picker ONLY)

• Material Handler II is responsible for the safe, accurate loading and unloading of product within the distribution center.
• Pallet/Case Picking:
  Processing customer orders including scanning bar codes, picking and labeling boxes; pick, pack and process orders; process orders through RF technology; maintain an acceptable workspace per SOPs and GDP guidelines; complete necessary RF device training; ensure accuracy in verification and shipment packaging.
• Pallet Build:
  Palletizing and repalletizing products for shipment; may perform dock manifest duties including scanning pallets and operating shrink wrapper; may transport pallets by MHE; ensure accuracy in verification and shipment packaging.
• Inbound/Outbound/Inventory Movement:
  Load/unload shipments using WMS; promote safe handling to prevent damage; complete duties per department standards; may operate parcel manifest station and transportation documentation; maintain workspace per SOP; complete RF device training; follow GDP and safety procedures; maintain current status in training modules.
• Material Handling Equipment:
  Operate MHE safely; report damage or maintenance issues; keep equipment area neat and orderly; maintain certification.
• Safety and Security:
  Perform activities safely and per safety requirements; assist in warehouse security; report injuries, hazards, or suspicious activity.
• Quality:
  Understand and align with organizational quality goals.
• Sanitation and Housekeeping:
  Maintain a clean, professional image and work area per guidelines.
• Hazmat Training:
  May receive general awareness and safety training related to hazmat handling.
• Cross-training:
  Learn responsibilities of other warehouse positions and assist as needed.

• High School diploma, GED or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MHE, including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker.
• Must be able to obtain Forklift Certification to meet BD guidelines.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents; work well with others; work with minimal supervision.
• May operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner; responsive to metrics-driven environment.
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills; general distribution knowledge.
• Exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment; must perform essential functions with or without accommodation; accommodations may be provided for disabilities.

• Regular walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional climbing; exposure to moving mechanical equipment.
