• Manage accounts payable, cost analysis support, and vendor invoice reviews for accuracy.
• Support the month‑end close process, including preparing financial statements, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and cash forecasts.
• Assist in preparation and review of variance reports to help drive informed decision‑making.
• Assist with strengthening internal controls and accounting policies to enhance financial integrity and efficiency.
• Assist with audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage all aspects of inventory accounting and cost accounting calculations and reporting.
• Manage and mentor accounts payable staff member and future accounting additions.

• Strong expertise in operational accounting, financial analysis, inventory management, and month‑end close processes.
• Proficiency in Net Suite or similar software, and general ledger systems.
• In‑depth knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and adaptability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and ERP environments.
• Experience handling sensitive financial data with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and working on a computer.
