Senior Business Development Executive (Hunter Role)

We’re seeking a seasoned, high-performing business development professional who knows how to create opportunity from scratch and consistently close. This role is built for a sales expert who has mastered cold calling, thrives in a high-intensity environment, and is motivated by results—not hand-holding.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle new business development from first call to close
  • Execute high-volume, high-quality cold outreach to targeted prospects
  • Consistently close new accounts and exceed revenue targets
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-close
  • Join strategic customer conversations when your expertise adds value
What We’re Looking For
  • A proven track record of success in business development or B2B sales
  • Mastery of cold calling, prospecting, and objection handling
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals consistently
  • Competitive, self-driven, and accountable with a true hunter mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
Compensation
  • $100K base salary + commission
  • Uncapped earning potential with no ceiling on success
