Plant Manager

This Plant Manager role pairs 7 years of judgment with Newmark's appetite for being wrong quickly and right eventually. Here's the long and short of it — Newmark pays $93,000 - $138,000, trusts your 6 years, and lets you own the business call.

• Prioritize the backlog when everything is labeled urgent by someone
• Reforecast mid-quarter when the KY numbers stop matching the plan
• Oversee budgeting cycles and hold teams accountable to spending targets
• Establish reporting cadences that give stakeholders timely visibility
• Spearhead initiatives that improve operational margins year over year

• 8+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions
• A growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback
• Solid understanding of business best practices and industry standards
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities
• A history of leaving business processes better than you found them

Newmark took a tired corner of the business world and rebuilt it, brick by brick, from a small office in Covington, KY. Slack threads here stay civil because we critique the Organization work, not the human behind it.

Joining us means $93,000 - $138,000, a clear promotion ladder, paid family leave, and mentors invested in your success.

We are reviewing Design for Manufacturing and CAM Programming backgrounds on a daily basis for this seat.
