Primary Care Physician

The Physician serves as a health-care clinician and can handle a variety of health-related problems. The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keep a medical history and medical records. Refer the patient to specialists.

Begin to influence department's strategy. Decide moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components and perform work without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments. Use your skills to make an impact.

• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
• Prefer Internal Medicine specialty Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine

You will consider patients and participates in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will screen yourself for TB. The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $255,000 - $298,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
