Piedmont Newton and Piedmont Walton are hiring surgicalists/acute care surgery providers in Georgia. These surgeons will provide emergency department surgical response, oversight of inpatient surgical rounds, and inpatient surgical consultation.
The surgicalist will work primarily in the inpatient setting and is paired with ambulatory general surgeons, so that hospital-based acute and inpatient care is deliberately separated from scheduled clinic and elective operating room work.
