Job Description
Test & Balance Field Engineer for the commercial HVAC industry to service the Cincinnati, OH / Covington, KY area with periodic national outreach. National TAB Intelligence () is a high‑performing certified test, adjust and balance (TAB) & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) company that performs HVAC balancing for clients nationwide. Technicians perform certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of specialized heating, cooling, ventilation, and heat transfer systems in new commercial, design‑build, and public projects.
All new associates will be based in the Cincinnati area with some opportunity to travel the USA in a wide and varied number of settings.
- Engineering degree or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) (or similar) degree preferred.
- Excellent math, mechanical and communication skills.
- Efficient computer skills.
- Willingness to travel Monday‑Thursday (4‑day work week) an average 1–2 weeks per month.

CompensationRecent graduates from engineering technology programs (or similar) start with a base hourly rate with opportunity to earn additional quarterly bonuses & continuous growth. Candidates with experience have an opportunity for higher starting compensation.
