Salary Range: Min $41.47 - Max $68.43/hr DOE
Job DescriptionThis salary range may include several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
The position involves evaluating, planning, implementing, and delegating patient care in orthopedic, pre/post-surgical, neurological, and health/wellness areas. The role requires current Physical Therapy skills, a Washington State PT license or interim license, and adherence to professional ethics.

- Effective communication skills with diverse patient populations
Requires patient transfers up to 200 lbs, standing, sitting, bending, walking, manual dexterity, and lifting at least 40 pounds.
Performance ResponsibilitiesIncludes patient evaluations, care planning, documentation, telehealth visits, patient education, and collaboration with the care team. Supervises assistants and students, ensures compliance with policies, and maintains certifications.
Leadership & Organizational PerformanceParticipates in program development, community events, and quality improvement initiatives.
Environment & SafetyMaintains safe patient care areas, seeks new treatment methods, and contributes to emergency preparedness.
Specialized Role in Lifestyle MedicineInvolves working with an interdisciplinary team for lifestyle modification, health risk assessments, motivational interviewing, and long-term care planning.
Clinical Specialist Prerequisites- All prerequisites for outpatient PT
- At least two years of current clinical practice
- Advanced certification
Provides mentorship, supervision of students and volunteers, and participates in program development.
