Data Conversion Manager – Equity Compensation

Join Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services team and lead the transformation and conversion of client data. As a Data Conversion Manager, you’ll play a critical role in onboarding clients and ensuring seamless integration into our equity compensation platform. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where your contributions directly impact client success.

Responsible for managing the end‑to‑end data conversion process, from requirements gathering to successful production load. Build strong partnerships with business partners, clients, and third‑party vendors. Effectively balance multiple assignments and priorities. Communicate project status and technology issues to sponsors, stakeholders, and senior management. Collaborate with Workplace Investing management teams and business partners to share approaches, develop solutions, and improve capabilities.

• Lead transformation and conversion of client data.
• Ensure seamless integration into equity compensation platform.
• Manage data conversion process end‑to‑end.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Balance multiple assignments and priorities.
• Communicate project status and technology issues to sponsors, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Collaborate with Workplace Investing management teams and business partners to share approaches, develop solutions, and improve capabilities.

• 1-3 years of project coordination and delivery experience
• Client-facing experience
• Equity compensation knowledge preferred
• Experience with Mainframe and Systems Development Life Cycle
• BS/BA Degree, Business Management or Computer Science preferred
• Proven project management and process skills within data-centric projects
• Confident presence in front of clients and key business partners
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools
• Critical thinker with sound decision‑making skills
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
• Advanced problem‑solving skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly
• Demonstrates adaptability in dynamic environments
• Ability to work independently
