Full-time position. Candidates must have an active P&C license and experience with AMS
360.

• Manage a book of insurance business.
• Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs regarding coverage and costs.
• Collect and analyze client information.
• Regularly interact with clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist producers for new and existing clients as needed.
• Achieve established sales goals.
• Provide marketing expertise.
• Provide networking opportunities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Active property and casualty license.
• 2–5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience.
• Experience in cross‑selling and upselling.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Insurance sales experience.
